Algonquin College?–?Pembroke Employment Services offers free, comprehensive employment support to job seekers and employers throughout Renfrew County and the Ottawa Valley. Through its Community Employment Services (CES) program, individuals receive personalized assistance with job search strategies, career planning, résumé and cover letter development, and access to employment resources and workshops. Services are available in both English and French and are designed to help people of all ages,including those facing barriers to employment, secure meaningful work or explore retraining opportunities.

CES also partners with local employers to support hiring, connect job seekers with opportunities in the local labour market, and provide tools and guidance for successful workplace integration. Programs include individualized employment action plans, skills-building initiatives like PACE (Prepare. Achieve. Connect. Employ.), and connections to apprenticeship planning and funding supports.
